Bryn teaches from his decked out studio near London Road Station in Brighton, BN1 4QR. The studio has everything you need for really productive guitar lessons, with spare guitars, amps and a computer to access course material. If you are traveling by train the closest station is London Road which is just a 3 minute walk away. If traveling by bus then the closest stop is Prince's Cresent using buses 26, 46, 50 and 79 breeze all stoping just a 1 minute walk away from Bryn!
Having qualified from the Brighton Institute of Modern Music with a BA (Hons) in Professional Musicianship Bryn made a name for himself as a band leader, imparting fresh and exciting ideas and communicating how to achieve them through his instrument. As well as pursuing a live career in the music industry, Bryn has been teaching guitar since the age of 14. After teaching with YGA for many years Bryn took his profession to new highs by completing a Masters in Teaching and Learning so he can always deliver the very best lessons to his students!
His training as a care worker for children has helped him to get the most out of lessons with kids and ensure they progress fast and have a great time doing so! For adult students, Bryn's personality really shines through in his lessons as his students feel welcomed from the moment they first meet Bryn in the trial lesson.
His teaching style is all about focusing on you, the student. He takes extra time to ensure that he understands your goals and then focuses in on achieving those using his vast teaching and playing experience, alongside the course material. Bryn is a great tutor and a lovely guy, a great addition to the YGA teaching team!
