A little about Dwight.
Dwight teaches from his home in Wordsworth Road, Hampton, TW12 1EW. His studio is fully equipped with amps, guitars and pedals with comfortable chairs. Dwight has free parking on the entire road, day or night. If you are coming by bus you can take the 111 or R70 with the closest stop Garden Court. which is just 5 minutes walk away.

Dwight's ability as guitar tutor stems from his experience as a professional musician and band-leader player and also regularly runs and leads jam sessions where he always ensures a supportive opportunity for every player of all ages and standards to gain experience in a live context. The confidence and wellbeing of each individual without exception, is of the utmost importance to Dwight and as a result, the benefit to players (of all instruments, not just guitar) becomes a hugely important part of their development.
Dwight tailors his approach to each person according to their level and personality and has the ability to inspire students and spark their interest and curiosity. As well as taking on private students, Dwight has experience as part of kids music workshops, overseeing and teaching guitar within a band context with very positive engagement from the students. It’s this same experience teaching young people and his ability to inspire whilst delivering a clear, easy to understand introduction to contemporary music.
