Nirvana were one of the biggest bands of the 90's, and single-handedly carved out a genre that we know today as grunge! The guitars were messy and raw, but the musicianship was still great and the songwriting incredibly creative. Kurt Cobain did more for music in the 90's than any other songwriter.
