Summary: Drop D
This track is a great example of creatively using a drop D tuning. It will massively help with your left-hand chord movements, as well as your right-hand fingerpicking. Thomas will take you through the whole thing nice and clearly!
Chords: Drop D Shapes
We'll kick off with chords. In the actual track, Tom tunes the whole guitar down, but we don't need to do that at all! We can simply drop the low E to D and get the same sound using the following chord shapes. You are always using just your thumb and two fingers to do the picking hand as well.
