The song is fundamentally two chord grooves repeated and exchanged through the song. The chords that we are using through the track are shown below:
The main groove, on the Eb9 / Eb13 chord, looks as shown below. You can add some more ghost notes to this is you like, but this is the main groove. The first and second beat is on the Eb9, then the 3rd is the Eb13, with the final upstroke back on the Eb9. This is the main groove we need to master!
The bridge chords are all shown above, but for the rhythm, we need to play a different pattern... Which is of course shown below! You can, once again, add as many ghost notes as you like to this on top of the basic groove.
